Wendy A. Epstein, M.D., F.A.A.D. is a board-certified physician, researcher and inventor. She is a practicing dermatologist, and a faculty member of NYU School of Medicine’s Department of Dermatology for the last 37 years. For 27 of those years she taught medical students and residents at Bellevue Medical Center’s Dermatology Clinic treating a range of dermatological conditions, including vulvar dermatology. As a practicing physician she discovered, researched and patented a novel use for an FDA approved topical drug and other therapeutics for Female Sexual Disorders.
Dr. Epstein earned her medical degree at Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons and completed her residency at New York University School of Medicine. She has a Master’s degree from Princeton University where her research focused on the neuroendocrine regulation of vertebrate reproductive behavior. She received her BA from Barnard College during which she did research in primate behavior and studied under Margaret Mead.

Steven Einstein is a senior financial executive and registered representative at Finalis Securities LLC, member FINRA / SIPC. He possesses more than 30 years of corporate finance, strategic growth advisory and corporate development experience. Steven served in various senior-level capacities in the mergers & acquisitions departments of PaineWebber Incorporated, Morgan Grenfell & Co. the leveraged buyout firm of Kluge Subotnick Perkowski and Co., Equiteq Inc. and Bentley Securities, LLC. Additionally, Steven served for more than 12 years as a senior partner in the Chairman’s Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, acting as Global Head of Corporate Development and Inorganic Growth Strategy for the firm.
Steven graduated with honors from Lehigh University having received a B.S. in Accounting, minoring in International Law. Steven received his J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School as well as an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School. In addition to completing several executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Steven successfully completed the Director Education and Certification Program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Steven was admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey (inactive status). He is also a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey (inactive status) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
